Beaches and Boat Launches

We encourage people to enjoy the easy access to swimming and relaxing along the water. We ask that everyone picks up any trash and leaves the beaches as clean or cleaner than they found them. We do not allow dogs, fires, alcohol, smoking, or large private parties on our beaches. Children’s Beach has a maximum capacity of 50 people. The other beaches – Park, Spur, and Moon – can hold up to 25 people.

On the map, swimming beaches are marked in yellow and boat launches and picnic areas are marked in orange. Only property owners may store their boats on these areas. A current RBL sticker is required to store a boat or launch it. Likewise, only property owners may park in the RBL District parking areas and a current RBL car tag, hung from the rear view mirror, is required for parking.

Residents with a current RBL boat tag can store their boats at one of the boat launches or beaches around the lake. There is no boat storage at Cardiac Beach, and only limited storage at Spur Beach and Shore Lane. Whenever possible, please store your boats on the boat racks, and definitely away from the swim beaches and areas where people sit.
