Happy Halloween!
Well folks, the lake lowering is well under way (a reminder: it will be lowered five feet this season). That plus the plethora of leaves on the ground means we’re deep into fall. Speaking of leaves, a quick reminder to please not rake or blow the leaves into the lake. Please also let any landscapers now this too. Fun fact, courtesy of our expert local gardeners: simply leaving your unraked leaves out yards through the winter is actually a great way to incubate seeds for the spring.
We held our last POA board meeting of the year at the end of September, and our new slate of board members were elected. Feel free to read the bios of our new POA board here. And thanks to all of them for their service to the lake.
Have a safe and happy Halloween weekend!
